Once you reserve an inspection date/time with Happy Cactus and it is confirmed, you will receive a Welcome Email that includes your scheduled inspection, a list of additional services offered for your consideration, a pre-inspection agreement & confirmation for your full payment by cash or check to be ready.

Please have your full payment by cash or check to be ready at your inspection site upon the arrival for your Licensed Home Inspector to begin.

Home Inspection

Your Home Inspector will arrive at the identified address above in a timely fashion. Please have your cash/check payment upon arrival prepared so your home inspection can promptly begin.

Duration

Allow 3-4 hours for a thorough visual inspection.

Your Summary

Once complete, your inspector will give you a short verbal summary of the findings. In the days following, you will receive a detailed digital report providing you with potential safety hazards and functional defects discovered on the property.

Your Feedback

Lastly, you’ll receive an email with an opportunity to provide Happy Cactus Home Inspection Co. with an online review based on your experience. As always, your feedback is valuable and appreciated.

As the son of a contractor, I have a lifelong history in home building, renovation design and general construction. Adopting the family skillset came naturally to me when I branched off on my own and started Happy Cactus, becoming a contractor in the 2018 wake of Hurricane Florence. I’ve had the great pleasure of designing and constructing beautiful home additions, outdoor living spaces & luxurious renovations in the Wilmington area ever since. A wealth of knowledge in the field of construction gives me a keen advantage when providing a thorough and accurate home inspection report.
